TASTE Restaurant will celebrate its third anniversary on May 5 with a day of special offerings. TASTE opened in May 2007 with a mission of serving refined comfort foods using ingredients that don't travel far by distance or season. Over the last three years, the restaurant has put more than $2 million back into the economy by purchasing food and beverages from local farmers and artisanal producers.
